1. Return Policy

At Urban Moda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it meets the return conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale", underwear, swimwear, and personalized/custom items cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at help@urbanmoda.pl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the provided return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, color, or product, we offer free exchanges (subject to stock availability).

How to Exchange an Item

  • Follow the return process above and mention that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
  • If the requested item is available, we will ship it once we receive your return.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at help@urbanmoda.pl with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear & underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized/custom-made items
