We ship orders domestically and internationally. Shipping options and delivery times vary based on your location.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available within Poland.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide, but certain restrictions may apply based on local regulations.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over 100$ (if applicable).
  • Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the carrier’s website or through your Urban Moda account.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days, please contact our support team at help@urbanmoda.pl.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking details for updates.
  • Urban Moda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. International Shipping & Customs
