- The entrepreneur must return the product within 14 days of notifying the seller of the withdrawal.

This Complaint Procedure applies to consumers and entrepreneurs who make purchases related to their business activities but not of a professional nature in their field of expertise. For example, when an entrepreneur purchases office supplies, computer equipment, or general business services outside their core professional activity.
The procedure outlined herein shall apply equally to:
- Individual consumers making personal purchases
- Entrepreneurs making purchases for their business needs that fall outside their professional expertise
- Self-employed individuals purchasing goods or services not directly related to their primary business activity
For the purpose of this procedure, an entrepreneur will be treated as a consumer when:
- The purchase is not directly related to their professional trade, business, or expertise
- The purchase is made for business use but is of a general nature
- The entrepreneur cannot be reasonably expected to have professional knowledge about the purchased item or service
All rights and remedies described in this Complaint Procedure shall be equally available to both consumers and qualifying entrepreneur purchases.
